Ra (Ray) was the Egyptian’s name for the sun, and the deity that goes by the same name. The Egyptians believed that the sun, or Ra the god, when conquering the darkness, was a symbol of the triumph of good and truth over evil and lies. In this collection Andrea custom cuts the stones in shapes of beams of light in different shades of quartz to resemble the rays as the sun conquers the darkness.
